1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the hbajl website accessible at hbajl.io, including all sub-pages, mobile-responsive views, and any software or services made available through it.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to hbajl and its operating entity, which owns, operates, and maintains the Platform.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform, which grants access to gaming, betting, deposit, and withdrawal functions.
• "Balance" means the total ৳ BDT funds held in a Player's hbajl account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive credited to an account under a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Services" means all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, crash games, slots, and any other entertainment products available on the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the official time zone used by hbajl for all operational purposes including support hours, settlement times, and promotional deadlines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the hbajl Platform — including browsing game pages, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one exists. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and hbajl.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active hbajl account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. hbajl strictly enforces a 21+ age policy and will require age verification documents upon registration or at any point during the lifetime of your account.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of hbajl or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You do not hold more than one registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will all be closed, and any balances may be withheld.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction at the time of use.
• You are not acting with the intent to commit fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through use of the Platform.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of hbajl Services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your contact email or linked payment method — you must update your account profile promptly. hbajl accepts no liability for consequences arising from failure to maintain accurate account information.

Each Player may hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts discovered by our verification systems will be closed without notice, and any balance in the duplicate account may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact [email protected] immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. hbajl will never contact you to request your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — remains your legal responsibility.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hbajl Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit, though hbajl may apply account-level limits in accordance with its responsible gaming and fraud prevention policies.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your account balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect. hbajl accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets are typically completed within one hour of request approval. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take up to three (3) business days.

hbajl reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

Funds deposited to your hbajl account may not be transferred to another player's account. Account balances are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process described above.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

hbajl may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, welcome packages, reload offers, free bets, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions (for example, during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or the BPL cricket season). All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general provisions set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all hbajl promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed the required account verification steps.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted, unless the specific promotion states a different requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• hbajl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable prior notice where possible.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, collusion, or any other method deemed abusive by hbajl will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and potential account closure.

7 Game Rules & Betting

All casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets available on the hbajl Platform are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules take precedence for matters specific to that game.

All casino games offered by third-party providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics. hbajl does not alter the outcome of any third-party game and has no ability to influence results.

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, hbajl's specific settlement rules for the affected market will apply and are available on the relevant betting page.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or disconnection during a game round, the hand, spin, or round in progress at the time of the fault will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your balance. hbajl will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from a disconnection unless a verifiable fault attributable to hbajl's systems is confirmed upon investigation.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hbajl Platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate legal or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person to create an account designed to circumvent account-level restrictions.
• Providing false, forged, or altered identity documents during the verification process.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or collect data from the Platform without express written permission from hbajl.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings arising from a known or suspected bug must be reported to [email protected] immediately and will not be honoured.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live dealer poker or multiplayer games.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or any back-end system or database of hbajl.
• Engaging in charge-back fraud by disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after using the deposited funds on the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the hbajl Platform — including but not limited to the hbajl brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, source code, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of hbajl or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from hbajl.

10 Privacy & Data

hbajl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

All data transmitted between your device and the hbajl Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing algorithms and are never accessible in plain text to any hbajl employee. hbajl will never share your personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance with applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

hbajl is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. 12 Limitation of Liability

hbajl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if hbajl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hbajl makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of the Services provided through it.

13 Amendments to These Terms

hbajl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered address. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request withdrawal of any remaining account balance via the standard process before closing your account.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and hbajl in the first instance. hbajl aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before an agreed independent arbitrator. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve rights or prevent irreparable harm.
